IBM approached us to help create two user journeys for Absa.
These snippets show parts of the final user journeys which were presented as 3m wide print-outs along with detailed booklets.
The journeys detail the user's experience while applying for a loan and opening a savings account through the online portal. The two characters represent the persona's that came out of a series of user group workshops.
